Is there such a place in Guild Wars that serves as somthing like a bank to store items in?

In all but pre-searing Tyria, there is a vault that you can purchase from the Xunlai agent in town. Also, if you don't already know, you can purchase a belt pack and (2)bags for your character to increase storage.
